The event takes place at The Gardens North County District Park in Palm Beach Gardens on December 6, 2025. It offers two distance options:
- 5K run/walk
- 2K family fun run
Event details and logistics
Registration includes a long sleeve performance shirt and a finisher ornament. The 5K features chip timing with an individual results page, a finisher certificate and a short finisher video; the 2K is not chip timed. Chip timing and live timing services are provided by Southern Timing, with preliminary results kiosks and downloadable finisher media.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. The overall winner in the 12 & under division will participate in the event’s tree lighting ceremony with Santa and Mrs. Clause. Post-race activities include a tree lighting and family activities such as inflatables, photos with Santa and Mrs. Clause, and a Silent DJ Party.
Packet pick-up is available the day before at 4404 Burns Rd, Palm Beach Gardens, and on race day at The Gardens North County District Park. Registration fees listed on the event page include early and day-of prices for each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
