There are course cut offs subject to change based on weather and trail conditions.

Age and entry rules require participants to be 16 or older unless an exception is approved; under-16 runners must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The 25K requires proof of completing the 13.5 mile course under 5.5 hours within the past five years. The event is limited to 350 runners and uses a waitlist when full.
