The Fox Trail : Surrey point to point trail races
The Fox Trail is a point to point trail event set in the countryside of Surrey with routes of 62K, 41K and 20K, plus 2-leg and 3-leg relay options. The event takes place from a start area at The Burys, Godalming GU7 1HR, United Kingdom.
Entries include a unique themed medal, chip timed results, free race photos and post-race goodies. All routes are marked with trail flags, tags, A5 arrows and signage. Marshals will be positioned at major junctions to assist runners, and a GPX file is provided so participants can check the route and self-navigate if necessary. The organiser notes that trail routes may be disrupted by weather, walkers or wildlife.
An event village will offer food and drink options and partner-provided freebies at the finish. The organiser highlights sustainability as a priority for its events.
