The Feighan Fury Race and Fun Run is scheduled for 29 March 2026 and is organized by South West Road Runners and Exe Valley Rotary Club. The event is based at Templeton Village Hall, Temple Cross, Templeton, Tiverton EX16 8BJ. Entries open 15 September 2025 and close 27 March 2026. The 10 mile race is held under TRA rules (permit pending) with a minimum age of 17. The 5k Templeton Trail fun run and walk is an unlicensed event.

Course and competition details

The Feighan Fury is a multi-terrain trail race run around private estates in mid Devon. About 70% of the course is off road and total ascent is 637 metres. The route includes hills, woods, trails and river sections. There is a 4 hour cut off time for the Fury Race. Prize categories will be considered as Open/Male or Female where appropriate and there is a one prize per runner rule.

Practical information

There are three water stations on the Fury course and water at the finish; the event is cup-less so participants should bring their own drinking containers. Fury finishers receive a technical event vest (male and female fits available); fun runners receive an event medal. Parking at the village hall is limited. Join the Community Canal Run for a scenic off road route along the canal and River Tone into Taunton. Free to enter with registration required, choose a 14 mile or 7.5 mile route and enjoy cafes and a relaxed, untimed atmosphere.
