The 10 mile course runs around private estates in the rolling hills of mid Devon and includes hills, woods, trails and river crossings. Approximately 70% of the course is off road and the route includes about 637 metres of ascent. The Fury is held under TRA rules permit pending and has a minimum age of 17. The Templeton Trail 5k Fun Run is an unlicensed event.

Distances:

  • 10 mile Feighan Fury trail race
  • 5 km Templeton Trail fun run and walk

Facilities and race services at the event headquarters include three water stations on the Fury course, water at the finish, a first aid team, café serving hot drinks and food, and toilet facilities. The event is cup less so participants should bring their own drinking containers. Parking at the village hall is limited; organisers may direct vehicles to nearby hard-standings and encourage car sharing to manage space.

Every Fury race entrant receives a technical event vest when ordered in time; fun run participants receive an event medal. There is a four hour cut off for the Fury. Prize categories are gender inclusive and one prize is awarded per runner. Charity partners will be announced by the end of October 2025.

Entries open Monday 15 September 2025 and close Friday 27 March 2026. Entry fees listed by category are available for each event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
