Race details

Distances:

  • 10 mile trail race
  • 5 km Templeton Trail fun run and walk

The 10 mile Fury is a multi-terrain trail race around private estates in mid Devon with about 70% off-road running and 637 metres of ascent. The course features hills, woods, trails and river crossings. The Fury is held under TRA rules - permit pending - with a minimum age of 17. The Templeton Trail 5k is an unlicensed event.

There are three water stations on the Fury course and water at the finish; fun runners share one course water station. This is a cup-less event, so participants should bring their own drinking container. A first aid team will be based at the HQ. Parking at the village hall is limited and organisers may direct vehicles to local hard-standings.

Every Fury runner receives a technical event vest (male and female fits available) and fun runners receive an event medal. There is a four hour cut-off for the Fury. Prize categories will be gender inclusive and one prize is awarded per runner. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
