The Feighan Fury Race and Fun Run

The event takes place on 29 March 2026 at Templeton Village Hall, Templeton, Tiverton. It comprises a multi-terrain 10 mile trail race and a 5 km fun run and walk set around private estates in the rolling hills of mid Devon.

The Feighan Fury 10 mile race is a TRA-permit-pending, multi-terrain course with about 70% off-road running and 637 meters of ascent. The minimum age for the Fury is 17. There is a four hour cut-off time. Fury entrants receive a technical event vest with male and female fits available. The Templeton Trail 5k is an unlicensed event and fun runners receive an event medal.

Course support and facilities include three water stations on the Fury course, water at the finish line, one shared water station for fun runners, first aid at the event headquarters, a cafe at the village hall, and toilet facilities. The event operates a cup less policy, so participants should provide their own drinking containers. Parking at the village hall is limited and car sharing may be used to manage space.

Entries open 15 September 2025 and close 27 March 2026. Entry fees listed are: Fury TRA/UKA member £22.00, Fury non member £24.00, Templeton Trail £6.50. A self navigated 17 mile trail loop around Sidmouth visiting four trig points. The event has a c.914 m climb, requires pre entry and is for adults only, with proceeds donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young.
