Event overview
The East Devon Round is a trail running festival held over the first bank holiday weekend in May 2026, based at Offwell Village Hall, Offwell, Honiton, EX14 9SE. The event includes multiple race distances, evening social activities on the Friday before race day, and a short community event with a big breakfast on the Sunday. All races are organised under UK Athletics rules and hold a Trail Running Association licence (number 7838).
Routes and course information
The event features trail courses that pass through National Landscapes and the Jurassic Coast area, and include varied terrain such as coastal sections, Iron Age fort sites, wooded tracks and notable spring flora. Routes are marked and GPS tracked using Geo Tracks; participants are expected to be able to self-navigate using GPX files or similar.

- Approx 31 miles - 4,598 ft elevation, 5 aid stations, invitation only
- Approx 15 miles - 2,018 ft elevation, 2 aid stations
There is also a mini round and on-the-day community entry for the Sunday event, with donations to charity.
Entry, age guidance and fees
Early bird pricing is offered through 31 December 2025. Examples of 2026 early bird fees: Full Round £90 (non-affiliated) / £88 (affiliated); Half Round £57 / £55; The Other Half £47 / £45; Quarter Round £34 / £32. Age guidance follows England Athletics and Trail Runners Association recommendations (for example, 12-13 years -> 5 km; 17 years -> 25 km; 20 and over -> no maximum distance).
