The Captain Callcott Canter

The Captain Callcott Canter is a multi-terrain trail race organized by the Derwent Valley Running Club in collaboration with Greener Miles Running. Set in the picturesque Derwenthaugh Park, participants will race over and beneath the historic 9 Arches Viaduct. This event, now in its 11th year, honors the late men's team captain Andrew Callcott and was previously known as the George Ogle Memorial Race. The race covers just under 6 miles and is open to individuals aged 17 and older. It promises a timed experience for all participants, celebrating both community and athleticism.
