The Bootlegger 100 Mile Trail Race in Flovilla, GA

The Bootlegger is a trail running event presented by Revolution Running Co., staged near 678 Lake Clark Rd, Flovilla, GA. This is the fifth running of the event and it offers multiple race distances on a single loop trail.

The course is a gently rolling single-track 12.5-mile loop used for all distances. The 100 mile race requires completing the loop eight times and the total ascent is roughly 9,000 feet (about 1,000 feet per loop). There are two well-stocked aid stations, evening hot food, and planned crew access points. A GPX route file is provided for device use.

Entry requirements and policies state that registrants must have completed an official 50K race or at least 50 miles on the Bootlegger course before signing up. Refunds or deferrals are available at 100% until three months before the event; no refunds or deferrals are offered after that point.

Awards and participant items include a shirt and BOCO backpack for registered runners, a buckle for 100-mile finishers, and a unique bag and medal for finishers of the 50 and 12.5 mile races. The 50 mile and 12.5 mile fields are each capped at 50 participants to limit trail and parking congestion. The event benefits Dauset Trails Nature Center and Indian Springs State Park.

The race is a Western States qualifying event for 2027. Finishers of the 2027 Bootlegger 100 who registered before October 1, 2026 will be entered into a raffle for a 2028 Western States entry; winners must have completed the race and be present at the conclusion to receive the prize.
