The event is the fourth running of the Bootlegger trail races presented by Revolution Running. It takes place in Flovilla, Georgia, at 678 Lake Clark Rd. Distances offered are:

• 100 Mile
• 50 Mile Race
• 12 Mile Race

Course, logistics and entries

The course is a 12.5-mile loop on gently rolling single-track. The loop is run eight times for the 100 Mile, four times for the 50 Mile, and once for the 12 Mile. There are two well-stocked aid stations and crew access along the course. Aid stations provide standard snacks, drinks, and hot food in the evening. Registration closes on Fri, Mar 20 at 11:59 PM ET. The organizer offers a 100% refund or a deferment option until Dec 5, 2025.

All registrants receive a shirt and a backpack. All finishers receive a medal, and all 100 mile finishers receive a buckle. The race benefits Dauset Trails Nature Center and Indian Springs State Park.

The event includes raffles and awards tied to the 100 Mile finish: timed $250 raffles for early registrants (winners must complete the 100 mile to receive prize). The organiser is pursuing Western States qualifying status and is sponsoring Western States entries for 2027 and 2028 with a raffle that has specific qualification requirements.
