The Bootlegger 100 Mile Trail Race: Flovilla, GA
The Bootlegger 100 Mile Trail Race is scheduled for March 20, 2027 in Flovilla, GA and is organized by Revolution Running Co. The event is the fifth running of the race and uses a 12.5 mile loop as its primary course. The loop is composed of gently rolling single track and includes roughly 9,000 feet of elevation gain overall, a little over 1,000 feet per loop.
The course layout includes two well stocked aid stations and crew access points. All runners will receive a shirt and a BOCO backpack; 100 mile finishers receive a buckle. Runners who complete 400 miles across the event distances will receive an embroidered jacket with their name. The race benefits Dauset Trails Nature Center and Indian Springs State Park.
The event also serves as a Western States qualifying race for 2027. The organizer will hold a raffle at the conclusion of the 2027 race for an entry into the 2028 Western States; to be eligible a runner must finish the 2027 Bootlegger 100, be present at the raffle, and must have registered before October 1, 2026.
Registration requires prior experience: entrants must have completed an official 50K race or at least 50 miles on the Bootlegger course. Refunds or deferrals are available at 100% until three months before the race; no refunds or deferrals after that point.
