Huff N' Puff Trail Races - Jackson, GA

Huff N' Puff Trail Races take place in Jackson, GA and include a marathon, half marathon, and 5K on trails at Dauset Trails. The marathon and half marathon use the same loop, with the marathon run twice. The course is mostly single track with rolling hills, roots, rocks, a few technical sections, and stretches beside creeks where wildlife such as deer and raccoons may be seen.

Aid station details differ by distance. The half marathon passes a single aid station at mile 4 and again at mile 9.5. The marathon visits two separate aid stations that are passed at approximately mile 4, 9.5, 13.1, 17, and 23. The marathon course provides crew access at the halfway point and allows marathoners to leave a drop bag. Marathon and half marathon participants are required to carry a handheld or pack for hydration. The event is cupless.

Post race offerings include warm food and beverages, and all finishers in the marathon, half marathon, and 5K receive a t shirt and a finisher medal. Overall first place male and female awards are given for each distance; there are no age group awards. To be guaranteed a shirt, registration must be completed by January 1.
