Huff N' Puff Trail Races - Jackson, GA

Huff N' Puff offers trail races at Dauset Trails in Jackson, Georgia, with three distances: a marathon, a half marathon and a 5K. The marathon and half share the same mostly single track course; the full marathon is the same loop run twice. The terrain includes rolling hills, roots, rocks and several technical sections, and parts of the route run beside creeks with possible wildlife sightings.

Aid and logistics differ by distance. The half marathon has one aid station passed at mile 4 and mile 9.5. The marathon uses two separate aid stations, passed at mile 4, 9.5, 13.1, 17 and 23. Marathon and half marathon entrants must carry a hand held or pack for hydration, and the event is cupless. The marathon has a nine hour time limit. Marathoners have crew access at the halfway point and may leave a drop bag.

Post race offerings and awards are the same for all distances. All finishers receive a medal, and 2026 entries include a lightweight hoodie. Warm food and beverages are provided after the race. Overall male and female first place awards are given for each distance; there are no age group awards. Proceeds benefit Dauset Trails. Registrants are guaranteed a shirt or hoodie if registered by January 1. Refunds are available at 100% up to three months before the race date; after that there are no refunds.
