The Barn Run : 5k Run/Walk

The Barn Run takes place on October 18, 2026 in Williamston, Michigan at 343 E Grand River Rd. The event offers a single 5k Run/Walk of 3.1 Miles on a mixed trail and road course that is described as mainly trail and scenic along the Red Cedar River. A course map is noted as forthcoming.

Entry fees change by date: $30 through September 30, $35 from October 1 to October 16, and $40 on race day with online registration only. Entries by October 1 are guaranteed a t-shirt; t-shirts after that date are available as supplies last. Ages 18 and under receive a $10 discount applied during checkout. The organizer will provide an inaugural finisher medal to participants.

Awards include overall winner, Masters, Senior, and top three finishers by male and female in each age group. Age groups listed range from 12 and under up to 80 and older in standard five-year bands.

Packet pickup is available the night before at the barn and on the morning of the event; specific pickup times are to be determined. Proceeds benefit the St. Louis Center, a residential community for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
