The 5K Foam Fest - Okanagan, BC

The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle-based fun run located in Sun Peaks, British Columbia. The event features a 5 km course with over 25 different obstacles, including mud pits, the world's largest inflatable waterslide, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Participants are permitted to run or walk the course at their own pace, and all obstacles are optional.

The race is open to participants aged 7 and older. Children between the ages of 7 and 12 must run alongside a registered adult, while those aged 13 to 17 may participate independently with a signed waiver. For children aged 6 and under, a free Kids FUN Zone is available featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house.
