The 5K Foam Fest Okanagan BC

The 5K Foam Fest takes place at Kin Beach, Tronson Road, Vernon BC, Canada on June 13, 2026. The event features an obstacle course of roughly 5 km with more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. The festival area includes music, food vendors, local sellers and a beer garden.

Included with registration are a festival wristband, string bag, buff, finisher medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival area access and a free finish line photo. Course photos are available for purchase. Entries are non refundable; transfer options are offered. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and beer garden.

Age rules and supervision: participants must be at least 7 years old to run the course. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow all course rules and waivers; legal guardians must sign waivers for minors. The waiver notes that the obstacle course involves risks and should be read carefully.

Trail races of 8 km, 25 km and 50 km take place in Kalamalka Provincial Park near Vernon BC. The 50 km offers prize money for the top three and aid stations are placed along the route.

Trail race in Myra Bellevue Provincial Park on May 31, 2026 offering 5 km, 10 km and 21 km courses with marked single track and scenic views. Aid stations are provided on the 10 km and 21 km routes and entry is capped at 300.
