Thames Path Trail Run - Windsor
The Thames Path Trail Run starts at Alexandra Gardens in Windsor and follows the Thames river route along mostly flat, riverside terrain. The course consists of gently rolling trails with small ups and downs, mostly wide runnable paths with good footing. GPX files are provided for the routes.
Two measured distances are offered:
- 21.8k (Half Marathon), elevation gain +69 m
- 16.1k (Trail Run), elevation gain +51 m
Entries are chip timed and include a high-quality metal finishers medal, a refreshing drink, finisher goodies and a personalised certificate. On-course provisions include water stations, refreshments and first aid cover. The event uses friendly marshals and clear course signage marked with pink arrows and pink tape; hazards and road junctions are marked with caution signs.
Participants collect bib numbers at registration on arrival and are asked to bring their QR code.
