Team Foster's Last Person Standing takes place on December 6, 2025 in Conshohocken, PA, on the Schuylkill River Trail. The event follows the backyard ultra or "Last Person Standing" format. Competitors run repeated laps of a 4.2-mile loop. Runners who complete a lap within the allotted time may continue and run the next lap. The event continues until only one runner completes a lap, or until no runner finishes a lap within the cutoff, in which case no winner is declared.
Logistics and rules
A central aid tent will provide water, limited snacks, and a small heat source; hot food may be available for purchase later in the day. Pacers are not allowed and racers may not receive aid between the start and finish lines except what they carry. There is no mandatory fundraising minimum, but every participant gets a personal fundraising page. Camp placement is assigned in registration order; campers may stay at their assigned camp spaces during the event, but overnight camping at the venue the night before is not permitted. Registration is final with no refunds or transfers. Pets, campers, and RVs are not allowed at the venue.
