Tahqua Trail Run is a trail running event held in Paradise, Michigan, offering multiple distances on routes that follow the Tahquamenon River and sections of the North Country Trail. The event includes a mix of dirt forest road and singletrack through spruce swales, pine ridges, bogs, jack pine savannah, and riverside trails with old growth hemlock and yellow birch.

Course features include views of Lower and Upper Tahquamenon Falls, forested lower-falls trails, and sections along the River Trail. The 50K in 2026 is an out-and-back version of the 25K course. Aid stations provide cold water and electrolyte drink and are mostly vehicle accessible; runners are required to carry a 20 oz water bottle or other functional hydration system that can be refilled at stations. Some aid stations stock energy gels and electrolytes.
Logistics noted for participants include bused starts from the Upper Falls Parking Lot or downtown Paradise, parking at Valley Spur, a large tent for drop bags near the start/finish area, and a finish line festival with awards. Entry is limited to 250 runners and podium awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance. Dogs are allowed at the start/finish area but not on the course.
