Logistics and Requirements
The event is held as a cupless race, meaning athletes must carry their own hydration equipment, such as a flask, bottle, or vest. A mandatory gear list is in place for all participants, which includes:
- One fully charged mobile phone.
- A water carrying capacity of at least 500ml.
- One compression bandage.
There is a strict completion time limit of 4 hours. Aid stations are located at the 9.5 km and 14.5 km marks, providing water, energy drinks, fruit, and sweets.

Registered runners receive a premium running singlet, free race photos, a finisher's medal, and a bucket hat. A bag drop service is available at the start and finish area.
