Swainby Sweep is a set of circular trail races held on Sunday 19 April 2026, based at Swainby Village Hall, 30 High Street, Swainby, Northallerton, DL6 3EG. The event is organised by Moors and Dales Races (MaDRaces). Distances offered include:

Course, facilities and entry
The routes run in the North York Moors National Park and include moorland, forest tracks, sections of the Cleveland Way, bridleways, footpaths and small sections on minor road. Terrain is described as exposed uplands and muddy forest tracks in places. The course is marked and supported with feed-stations and regular checkpoints. Medical cover is provided by AED Medical Ltd. There is car parking, a goodie bag including a race medal, and trophies for male and female 1st to 3rd overall and 1st to 3rd in each age group. A small donation to the North York Moors National Park and Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team is included in each entry fee.
Entries open 27 July 2025 and close 14 April 2026. Minimum age is 18 or older. Entry fees: Affiliated 16 miles £33.00, Unaffiliated 16 miles £35.00, Affiliated 7 miles £23.00, Unaffiliated 7 miles £25.00.
