Event Overview

The Summit Showdown is a trail race taking place in Dacula, Georgia. The event occurs at Little Mulberry Park and offers two distance options.

Distances and Courses

Runners can choose between two events:

  • A 10 mile course with roughly 1,400 feet of vertical gain. This route has a halfway aid station with bathrooms at the 5-mile mark.
  • A 5K course with roughly 500 feet of vertical gain. This route crosses one of the highest points in Gwinnett County.

Post-Race and Additional Details

Post-race pancakes and coffee are offered to participants. Winners of each distance will receive entry to the Yonah Mountain Vertical Race the following February. A discount is available for members of local run clubs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
