Paladin Pacer Trail Race - 8th Annual

The Paladin Pacer is the 8th annual race held on Pinecrest Academy's 68-acre campus in Cumming, Georgia, on September 19, 2026. The event uses a mix of surfaces including pavement, dirt trails, grass, and hills, and the main trail distance is approximately 3.1 miles.

The event program includes:

  • 5K Trail Run approximately 3.1 miles on wooded trails, grass, and pavement.
  • 1 Mile Fun Run three 1/3-mile laps around the school driveway.
  • Ghost Runner donation-only entry for supporters who do not attend.

All registered participants receive finisher medals. The 1 Mile Fun Run gives medals to all kids who finish; parents can remain in view for most of the course and are welcome to run with their children. Special awards are given for overall male and female finishers and for the top three male and female finishers in each age group: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over.

Registrations made by September 4 guarantee a race t-shirt; registrations on or after September 5 are subject to shirt availability. The 5K is a trail race with varied footing and off-road sections, so participants should be prepared for changing surfaces. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
