Summer Trail Fest Ultra (STFU) is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Sleepy Hollow State Recreation Area in Laingsburg, Michigan (7835 E Price Rd, Laingsburg, MI 48848). The event offers multiple distance options:

Additional race options include economy-entry packages, virtual race entries, ruck divisions for each distance, a pacer role, and a 50K early-start option. The event is paired with Winter Trail Fest (WTF) races; STFU and WTF finisher medals magnetically connect and a bundle between the events offers a 15% discount per race.

Course and logistics

The course is approximately 90% well-groomed trail with minimal technical terrain. Aid stations are described as frequent and well stocked with water, electrolytes, gels, and real food options. Course markings are described as extensive. Cutoff policies are specified as 20:00 per mile for the 50K and 45:00 per mile for the Half Marathon. Parking will be available near the race start, with maps and signs provided in the athlete guide.

Registration includes a finisher medal, a technical singlet, a custom bumper sticker, chip timing with live results, race photography, access to well-stocked aid stations, and a post-race barbecue featuring burgers, hot dogs, and sides. Run a scenic 5K along the Lansing River Trail and cross the finish near Jackson Field before enjoying Beerfest at the Ballpark. Entry includes a shirt, finisher medal and beerfest admission for 21 and over with ID.

Join the 11th Annual Paper Chase 5K in Lansing on May 31, 2026 for a scenic River Trail run with live chip timing. Proceeds support Michigan Capital Region Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Young Lawyers Section, with shirts and team awards.
