Course, support, and event policies
The course is described as about 90% well-groomed trail with mostly runnable singletrack and minimal technical terrain. The race features frequent, well-stocked aid stations that include water, electrolytes, gels, and real food. Organizers list generous cutoff paces: 20:00 per mile for the 50K and 45:00 per mile for the Half Marathon. A post-race barbecue will serve burgers, hot dogs, and sides; spectator picnic tickets are available in 2026. Parking is available at the race start area.
Refund and transfer rules: no refunds within 30 days of the event; earlier requests may receive a 50% refund of the entry fee (processing fees excluded). Entries cannot be deferred to another year.
