Parking is available on Preston Road in the parking bays near Poorhouse Lane; local business car parks and parking on Poorhouse Lane are restricted.

Finishers receive a bespoke medal and a five piece goody bag. The event is licensed by the TRA and is operated under UKA Athletics rules. Maximum permitted distances by age follow UKA guidance for junior and senior categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
