Summer Challenge Day 1 - 26 June 2027

Running Events Devon stages Summer Challenge Day 1 on 26 June 2027. The event is an eight hour timed challenge run under a TUGG system (Turn Up Get Going) that allows participants to start at any point during the event's operating window and finish by the published cutoff time.

The course is an accurately measured road route composed of out-and-back laps of 5.3 km on an old disused train line. The surface is tarmac and the route is described as undulating. Participants may walk or run and are recorded by laps completed; completing at least one lap within the permitted time classifies the entrant as a finisher and entitles them to collect a medal.

Entrant numbers are limited to 75 and the minimum age is 15 years. Entries close on 25 June 2027. A permit number is listed as ARC.

Entry categories and fees published for the event include affiliated and unattached options, and reduced-price options without event perks or medals. The location is given near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ with the what3words reference ///miss.race.open.

Further event terms and conditions are provided by the organiser. The event information notes that places may be limited and that alternative medals may be offered if capacity is reached. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
