The Sulphur Springs Trail Race is scheduled for Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, in the Dundas Valley Conservation Area in the City of Hamilton, Ontario (formerly the Town of Ancaster). The race is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario and designated as a Western States Endurance Run qualifying race.

Course and format
The course uses a 20K loop through the Dundas Valley trails. Surface types include groomed trail and moderate single-track. Each loop contains rolling hills plus sections of steep climbs and descents, with over 500 m of elevation gain per loop. The loop format provides regular opportunities for crew access at a dedicated crew tent area. The event runs multiple races over the weekend, allowing participants to complete one or more loops depending on chosen distance or relay format.
