Sulphur Springs Trail Race 2026 : Ancaster, Hamilton, ON, Canada

The Sulphur Springs Trail Race takes place May 23 & May 24, 2026 with the Morgan Firestone Arena as the primary site and routes inside the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. The terrain is an old Carolinian forest with mostly double track trails and visible natural features such as waterfalls.

  • 100 Mile solo, 8 x 20K loops (160K / 100 Miles)
  • 100K, 5 x 20K loops
  • 50 Mile, 4 x 20K loops
  • 50K, 1 x 10K then 2 x 20K loops

  • 100 Mile team relay, teams of 2 to 8 runners
  • 50 Mile night relay, teams of 2 to 4 runners

The course uses a 20K loop that gains over 500 m / 1500 ft of elevation per loop. There are four aid stations on course offering Skratch Labs hydration and water; long distance events are supported with food available day and night. The event is cup free so participants must bring their own container. Port a potties are placed at each aid station and in greater numbers at the start and finish area.

Sulphur Springs is a Western States Endurance Run 2027 qualifying race. To earn a ballot runners must finish the 100 Mile within 30 hours or the 100K within 18 hours.
