The Suffolk Trail Running Festival takes place 4th - 5th July 2026 at The Playground, Ipswich, IP92AB. The event weekend includes multiple races and on-site festival facilities, including event camping, refreshments, children’s activities, and live music.

Races and course

  • 3 km family fun run
  • 10 km race
  • 24-hour race on a fully marked 5-mile lap course

The 24-hour race is open to solo entrants, pairs, and teams of up to eight. Entrants aim to complete as many laps as possible of the 5-mile course inside the 24-hour period.

Entry fees, age limits and inclusions

Entry fees (per person): Family 3K £10; 10K £25. 24-hour entry fees: Solo £75; Pairs £70; Small team (3-5) £65; Large team (6-8) £60. Entrants must be at least 16 years old on race day for the 10K and at least 18 years old for the 24-hour event.

What is included with 24-hour entries: bespoke finisher’s medal, event camping, cold showers, free parking, fully stocked checkpoint, chip timing, podium trophies, first aid cover, a buckle for runners completing 100 miles, and a fully marked 5-mile course.
