The Sri Chinmoy Yarra Trail event is scheduled for Sunday 19 April 2026 and is staged from Loys Paddock Reserve on the Main Yarra Trail in Burnley, Melbourne. The race uses a scenic 7 km circuit along the northern and recently refurbished southern banks of the Yarra River through Burnley and South Yarra. The course is described as flat to undulating and is traffic free.

The 7 km distance is open to runners and walkers; the half marathon and 14 km distances are for runners only. A cut-off time of 3 hours applies to all distances. The course is AA measured and marked every kilometre. Drink stations are provided about every 2.5 km with water and electrolyte. Chip timing is used with live online results and net (mat) time determines placings. First aid is provided by St John Ambulance and toilets are available at the start/finish area. A pancake breakfast is offered at the venue.

Online entry has early bird, standard and last-minute pricing tiers and a 10% concession discount for ages U19 and 60+. Age categories for awards range from U15 through 80+ with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals for male and female in each category. Minimum age rules apply per distance.
