You Yangs Trail Running Festival
The You Yangs Trail Running Festival takes place on 18-19 July 2026 at 10 Branch Rd, Little River VIC 3221. It is the 2nd of 5 races in the Trailsplus Mountain Trail series. The event offers multiple race distances across Saturday and Sunday, including:

- 21km
- 30km
- 42km
- 50km
- 100km
- 100mi
The course uses a series of loops that start and return to the carpark. The routes pass through flat wooded bike trails and open rocky mountain trails. Some routes include a steep ascent with views from Flinders Peak across Port Philip Bay. The looped format means supporters can see runners multiple times during the race.
Entry, maps and charity
Trailsplus uses the Humanitix ticketing system. Listed prices include GST; additional Humanitix booking fees are added at checkout. Bibs are not mailed and must be collected on the morning of the race. A runners information PDF is provided to competitors and will be emailed to them.
All Trailsplus events donate $1 per participant to Canteen, the Australian organisation for young people living with cancer. Trailsplus reports total donations have surpassed $80,000. In 2024 there were 585 competitors and a combined $653 was donated to Canteen (including $68 in online donations). Maps and GPX/CRS files are provided for each distance.
