Spooky Sprint 2026 takes place on October 31, 2026 at Quidi Vidi Lake in St. John's, NL, Canada. The event sold out very quickly last year and is limited to 400 spots; at the time of posting 230 spots remain.

The route is one lap around Quidi Vidi Lake on the trail. The organizer presents the event as suitable for families.

The event supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern NL. The fundraising total shown is CA$923.45 toward a CA$1,500 goal. Prizes are offered for first second and third best costumes. There is a CA$100 Running Room gift card for the top fundraiser. Entrants who donate CA$10 or more when signing up are entered to win an additional CA$100 Running Room gift card. Participants receive a glow in the dark medal.

A 25 km event in St. John's with both a solo 25 km and a two person relay. The course starts at Middle Cove Beach and finishes near Stiles Cove Path, organized by Joy Run to support mental health and suicide prevention.

An 8K race in Paradise on August 8 2026 that loops two local ponds via the T'Railway, capped at 125 runners with finisher medals and a post race reception featuring refreshments and prize draws.

A seaside trail race in Witless Bay, NL, featuring an approximately 11 km loop on Mickeleens Path. The course is unflagged but GPX files and route downloads are available through the event and its Strava club.

Trail race from Maddox Cove to Cape Spear in St. John's, NL, listed as 9.3 km. The course is not fully flagged, GPX is available on request, and the entry includes a Parks Canada day pass fee.
