A chip timing system is used at the start and at the finish; timing begins and ends when runners cross the timing pads. All participants are entered into prize drawings that are drawn at the end of the race and require presence to win. A free shuttle runs from the Sports Park to return participants to Canyon View Park.

Online registration is open in two phases: early registration through July 6 and final registration July 7 through July 21, with online registration closing at midnight on July 21. Early and final fees differ by race and by whether a race shirt is selected; the race shirt is optional. No race morning registration is available and no refunds will be issued.

Early packet pick up is available and recommended for registrations completed on or before July 19. Packets are available July 20 to July 23 at the Spanish Fork Parks and Recreation Office, 49 South Main Street, during posted office hours. For those who miss early pickup, race morning packet pickup is available at Canyon View Park and at the Sports Park for the Mile Run.
