The Spaulding Woods 50K is a trail race on Saturday, July 11, 2026, held at the Spaulding Academy & Family Services campus, 72 Spaulding Rd, Northfield, New Hampshire. The event is organized as a multi-lap trail race.

Course and race format

The course uses a technical 5.6-mile loop featuring rocks, roots, and footbridges. The trail is primarily singletrack with a small portion of doubletrack. The full event requires completing six laps, covering approximately 34 miles with 4,400 feet of cumulative elevation gain. Runners have a ten-hour time limit to complete the race and there is a strict cutoff to begin the final lap.

Logistics and rules

Aid station service is provided and portable toilets are available. Runners may access their drop bags after each lap. The event is cupless, so runners must use their own refillable water containers. Pacers are not allowed. For safety and course integrity, animals (including dogs), drones, strollers, and bikes are not permitted. Use of headphones is discouraged.
