Frenzy in the Forest Trail Running Race

The Frenzy in the Forest is the fifteenth annual trail running event held in Sunapee, NH on June 28, 2026. The event is presented by the Sunapee Middle High School Track and Field program and is held in the Webb Forest with start and finish at Harding Hill Road in Sunapee.

The course covers about 4.5'ish mile on single-track trails with varied terrain, including mountain vistas and downhill sections. The race supports the Sunapee Middle High School Track and Field program. Sponsors named for the event include Harding Hill Farm, Salt Hill Pub, Hubert's Family Outfitters, and Omer and Bobs. All participants are eligible for a raffle of prizes provided by sponsors.

Age divisions are offered for male and female runners in these groups: 11 and under, 12 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over. Registration options include pre-registration accepted through June 26, 2026 and race day registration. Entry fees are free for 14 and under; ages 15 to 19 are $20 for pre-registration and $25 on race day; ages 20 and over are $25 for pre-registration and $30 on race day.
