The Southampton Running Festival takes place on Sunday 16 August 2026 in Southampton Common, Banister Road, Southampton SO15 2XD, UK. The venue is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest. The route runs through woodland, grassland, ponds, wetlands, lakes and parkland within the common. An event village will be on site with food and drink options and free items from partners at the finish line.

Each kilometre on course is marked with distance flags. Marshals will guide participants along the route. The organiser offers event t-shirts for purchase as part of entry, supplied by RT Kit.
