The Midhurst Milers Cocking 10k Trail Race is a hilly, scenic trail run across the South Downs. The route includes a steady climb across the Cowdray Estate, sections on the South Downs and West Dean Estate, and a fast downhill stretch toward the finish. The event is licenced by the Trail Running Association and held under UK Athletics rules (TRA Race Licence number 7176). Entries are limited to 350 runners, must be made online, and adult entrants must be at least 16 years old. Canicross and dogs on the course are not permitted.
