Course and logistics

The races begin and finish in Southampton Common, a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest. The course passes through woodland, grassland, ponds, wetlands, lakes and parkland within the common. Lap format is used: Half Marathon - 6 laps plus an out-and-back section; 10K - 3 laps; 5K - 2 smaller laps. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the course to provide guidance.

The event includes an event village with food and drink options and partner-provided items available at the finish.
