South Wales - Lest We Forget is a timed running event on Saturday 14 November 2026 in Cardiff Bay, using a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out and back lap. The route passes prominent Cardiff Bay buildings including the Norwegian Church, the Barrage Control Centre, the Senedd, the Pierhead Building, the Wales Millennium Centre and the Torchwood Tower. The event is classed as a Road for 100 Marathon Club purposes and holds an AUKCM course accuracy certificate 25/504. A race license has been applied for with Welsh Athletics.

Entry prices listed include affiliated entry at £33 and unaffiliated entry at £35, with a trial no medal entry option from £20. The organiser provides on-course support, an aid station, same-day results, athlete profiles, Phoenix World, digital BIBs and digital finishers certificates. The event operates flexible rock up and run start times and can consider special start time requests depending on planned distance. Trail runs nearby

Two long trail races across the Mendip Way offering dramatic hilltop views, coastal finish and on-course aid; 30 Miler or 50 Miler with multiple aid stations and medical cover.

A pancake-flat *10 km* out and back along the Brecon and Monmouthshire canal between Gilwern and Llangattock, set in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Finishers receive a medal, there is a drink station at 5 km, and entries are online only.

The Bitton Road Runners Race - Warmley will take place in Warmley on Saturday 8 August 2026. You can run 5 kilometers.

A social 5K in Newport with music and mobile speakers, meeting and finishing at banc coffee & records; tickets are free and under 14s require a parent or guardian.
