South Downs 100 Mile (Autumn Event)

The South Downs 100 mile is a single loop trail race staged within the South Downs National Park. The event starts and ends at Plumpton Racecourse in Lewes, East Sussex. The route consists of over 12,000 feet of total elevation and features a terrain composed of rolling hills and various trail sections.

Participants have a 34 hour cutoff time to complete the course. Along the route, there are 12 aid stations positioned to support runners during the event. Registration is open to individuals aged 20 and over on the day of the race.

This race is a qualifying event for the South Downs Triple Crown. This challenge involves completing three specific ultra distance races organized by UK Ultra within a single calendar year. There are four different variations of the Triple Crown available for participants to choose from.
