South Downs 100 mile (Autumn Event)

The South Downs 100 mile is a single-loop trail race through the South Downs National Park. The race starts at Plumpton Racecourse near Lewes in East Sussex. The route features rolling hills with over 12,000 ft of elevation gain. There are 12 aid stations along the way.

The event has a 34-hour cutoff time. Free onsite camping is available over the race weekend. The entry fee is £185. The race is open to entrants aged 20 and over.

Trail running at Amberley Museum in West Sussex with three waymarked routes on the South Downs Way. Distances range from 6 km to 22 km, with on course outposts, a reusable cup policy and free parking.
