  • 4 Mile

The event takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 25625 Helmick Rd, Sedro Woolley, WA 98284. Entry is free. The event includes a traditional mass start and a marked finish line. There will be no official timing, no bibs, and no race clock; participants run at their own pace. Dogs and strollers are not allowed.

Course and on-site details

Both routes use new trails built by Skagit Trail Builders and cross two handcrafted bridges over Hill Creek. The course includes gravel road sections, meadow and field roads, and forested trail through Cedar, Douglas Fir, and Spruce trees. The 10K follows a two-loop trail pattern that crosses Pumphouse Bridge twice and includes a short middle field road loop to reach the full distance. The 4 Mile route follows the 10K first loop but exits the trail system at the Pumphouse Bridge area to return to the finish without the extra loop. The course will be well marked and will include mile markers.

Skagit Runners will provide muffins, and warm beverages will be provided by Starbucks. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
