SOHO-HO AND AWAY WE GO! takes place on December 13, 2025, in Ocean Isle Beach, NC (28469) at Silver Coast Winery. The event is the second annual edition and offers two race distances.

Course, prizes, and charity
The race is described as a combined trail and road course with holiday-themed areas along the route. Specific course highlights named by the organizer include Candy Cane Lane, Russtown Road, and a segment through the vineyard. An after party called Santa’s Workshop is planned for registrants; activities there include a glass of wine or beer for registrants, a costume contest, photo opportunities, and holiday music.
Race swag and awards for the 5K are specified: 5K participants registered by 11/13 will receive a race shirt, and 5K finishers will receive a finisher medal. Cash awards are listed for the top three overall male and female finishers and top three male and female masters. Age-group awards are given to top male and female in these groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Part of the event proceeds will benefit the COMBAT VETS MOTORCYCLE ASSOCIATION, an organization that provides assistance to veterans and veteran care facilities.
