Soaring Eagle Trail Run
Soaring Eagle takes place at Soaring Eagle Regional Park in Sammamish, Washington, near 26015 E Main Dr. The event uses the park’s network of trails, including the wide, well-maintained Pipeline Trail and many smaller winding singletrack sections through forest.

All distances begin on the Pipeline Trail; the 5K follows an abbreviated 10K loop, the 10K follows a mostly flat, well-graded but rooty loop, and the half marathon is two laps of the 10K. At about 0.74 miles the 5K and 10K routes diverge. Elevation gain is listed as 200 feet for the 5K, 700 feet for the 10K, and 1400 feet for the half.
The course is shared with other trail users, including equestrians, pedestrians, and cyclists. Runners should expect roots, rocks, and potential puddles in places. Aid stations provide Tailwind electrolyte drink plus a mix of fresh fruit, treats, gels, and gummies; aid locations include a 4.5 mile station on the 10K loop and multiple stations on the half marathon course.
Event logistics note that Evergreen Trail Runs operates cupless events, so participants must carry a refillable container. Parking is mainly street parking along the south side of E. Main Dr and space at the trailhead is limited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
