Course and logistics

All races start on the Pipeline Trail. At about 0.74 miles the 5K splits from the 10K loop; 5K runners follow an abbreviated route back to the finish, 10K runners continue on a mostly flat, well-graded but rooty forest loop. Half-marathon participants run the 10K loop twice. Reported elevation gain is approximately 200 ft for the 5K, 700 ft for the 10K, and 1400 ft for the half.

Aid stations supply Tailwind electrolyte drink and an assortment of fresh fruit, treats, gels, and gummies. Trails remain open to other users during the event, including equestrians, pedestrians, and cyclists. Parking is primarily street parking along the south side of E. Main Dr; parking at the trailhead is limited and vehicles parked on the north side may be towed. The kids course is about 0.5 miles on flat singletrack and wide doubletrack.
