Soaring Eagle Trail Run takes place May 16, 2026 at Soaring Eagle Regional Park in Sammamish, Washington. Distances offered include:

Registration opens September 1, 2025. Early through race-day price ranges are: 5K $40–$55, 10K $55–$70, Half $70–$85. Youth participants aged 24 and under receive a 20% discount on registration. The event is cupless; all participants must carry a refillable container.

Course and logistics

All distances start on the Pipeline Trail. The 5K is an abbreviated version of the 10K loop and diverges from the 10K at about 0.74 miles. Half-marathoners complete two laps of the 10K loop. Terrain is mostly flat and well graded but includes large roots, rocks, and puddles. Reported elevation gain is approximately 200 feet for the 5K, 700 feet for the 10K, and 1,400 feet for the half.

Aid stations provide Tailwind electrolyte drinks, fresh fruit, gels, gummies, and other snacks. Aid station locations include mile 4.5 on the 10K, and miles 4.5, 6.5, and 11 on the half. Trails remain open to other users during the event, including equestrians, cyclists, and pedestrians. Parking is available at the Soaring Eagle lot and on the south side of E.
