The Snowbowl 15K is set for Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Montana Snowbowl in Missoula, Montana (1700 Snowbowl Road). The event is a single race of 9.3 miles (15K). Registration is offered in tiered windows with prices listed for May–June, July, and early August, and the field is capped at 250 participants. The race has a no refunds, deferrals, or transfers policy. Packet pick up is organized the day before at Runner’s Edge and on race day at the Snowbowl base area. An awards ceremony takes place on race day.

Course and amenities

The course is a loop that starts and finishes at the Snowbowl base area next to the lodge. The route climbs for 4.65 miles on a mix of dirt and double-track roads, reaches the top at Grizzly Chair where the only aid station is located, then descends 4.65 miles on single-track trail known as Beargrass Highway back to the base. Total ascent and descent are listed as 2,150 ft. Amenities include a well-marked course, chip timing, a custom race bib with name, a Snowbowl 15K t-shirt, post-race lunch catered by Snowbowl, and beer or sparkling water at the finish line.
