Sliabh Daeane - Ox Mountains

The event takes place in Sligo County on Wednesday, 3rd June 2026. The main course covers a distance of 8.95 km with a total climb of 288 meters. The terrain is described as easy, and only major junctions along the route will be marked. The use of GPS devices is permitted.

All participants must bring a set of mandatory equipment, referred to as Level B - Standard kit. This includes a waterproof jacket, a hat or buff, gloves, a whistle, a charged mobile phone with an emergency number stored, and a foil blanket, bivvy bag, or equivalent. The actual items to be carried during the race will be confirmed on the day based on conditions. Runners must have a means to carry all required kit, and random checks may be conducted.
