2026 Sip & Stride 5k & 10k : Event overview
The event takes place on April 18, 2026 at Southern Revere Cellars in Louisa, Virginia. Points from the races count toward the 5k, 10k and Back of the Pack Series, and toward the Sippin’ Series. A virtual race option is offered. The event benefits Hooves & Paws Animal Rescue, a nonprofit rescue and sanctuary for abused and abandoned animals. Runners receive one glass of wine or beer from Southern Revere Cellars, a technical Dri-FIT event shirt, and chip timing.

Race logistics and services
The course is a cross-country loop around the winery property with no major hills noted; elevation details are available on the course map. Water stations: seven on the 10k at approximate mile markers 1, 1.55, 2.55, 3.1, 4.1, 4.65, and 5.65; three on the 5k at approximate mile markers 1, 1.55, and 2.1. Gatorade will be available at some stations. The event is chip timed and posts live results on Athlinks; a QR code at the race links to immediate results and final results with series points are posted the Monday after the race.
Packet pickup is available at the event; t-shirts are guaranteed for runners registered before April 8. Race day registration is available, though t-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for those who register on race day. Awards include top three men and women overall, and 1st and 2nd place male and female in standard age groups.
