Course, pets and rules
The course uses maintained park trails with some hills. Given the January date, conditions may include mud, snow, or ice; trekking poles and micro spikes are allowed. Well behaved dogs are permitted on leash; owners must pick up and properly dispose of waste. Bibs with timing chips must be worn on the front and kept flat. Other rules include staying on the marked course, no littering, notifying race staff if withdrawing, and a rain-or-shine policy.
