Transfers of entries, known as bib swaps, are subject to a £25 administrative fee and will not be processed within 8 weeks of the event date. A limited refund policy is in place, applicable only for specific medical circumstances such as a cancer diagnosis or pregnancy after signing up, minus a small administrative fee.
