Season's End Trail Event

Season's End is a late fall trail event that offers both trail running and mountain biking on Predator Ridge trails at Ellison Landing in Ellison Provincial Park on October 4, 2026. Participants may compete solo or as a team and can choose to run or ride.

Available distances are approximate:

  • 6 km (approx.)
  • 10 km (approx.)

The courses include flowing singletrack, packed dirt, notable climbs, and on the 10 km route some technical descents. Shaded sections may contain light snow and conditions can vary; trail shoes with solid grip are recommended. Water and Tailwind are provided at the start/finish area and some small snacks will be available. The event is cupless so participants must bring their own drinking containers.

Logistics and rules: the registration fee is $15 plus applicable taxes and UltraSignup fees. Registered participants receive a post-race meal that includes chili, hotdogs, and non-alcoholic beverages. Waivers for the organizer and the park must be completed online before race day. A first aid tent with minimal supplies will be located at the start/finish area. Race marshals and aid station staff may remove participants for safety or rule infractions. No refunds are offered.
