Sea-Hawks XC Season Opener is a cross-country meet held in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The event takes place at Pippy Park Frisbee Golf Field, across Prince Philip Drive from the Confederation Building.

Runners compete on a grassy 2 km loop, with a 5 km option for athletes born in 2011 and older and a 2 km option for those born in 2012–2015. The meet fosters a communal, club-driven atmosphere with around 50 registrants from eight clubs. The course will be the same one used for the 2024 AUS Championships, and parking is available at the College of the North Atlantic.
