This is a 7-hour timed challenge held on Friday, 24 July 2026 at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club, Egham, TW20 0AE. Runners may choose how many laps to complete within the time limit. A finisher medal is awarded to anyone who completes at least 3 km. Goody bags are provided, including a vegan option. Headphones are allowed.

Distances

  • Minimum 3 km (turn point within the lap)
  • Full lap 7 km (4.37 miles; may change to a 3.28-mile loop)
  • Half marathon: 3 laps
  • Marathon: 6 laps
  • Ultra: 7 laps or more
  • 50 km option available

Course and facilities

The course runs along a stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed and mainly on made paths and tarmac, with a very short grass section. Road shoes are suitable year round. An aid and drinks table is located at the start/finish area for each lap, offering savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items. Toilets, changing facilities and a bag drop are available at the venue; the bag drop is not secure.

Entries and rules

Maximum 300 entrants. Entries close 23/07/2026. Minimum age is 12 years. Runners aged 18 or 19 may run up to 45 km; those over 45 km must be at least 20 years old.
