This is a guided trail run that starts and finishes at Silent Pool, near Albury, Guildford. Scheduled dates include 3 March 2026 and 8 September 2026. The listed distance is 10 km. The entry cost is £16 per person. A car park is available at the meeting point. The run is organised as a group run, not a race. Participants should be able to maintain an average pace of 10 min/miles | 6 min/km for prolonged periods on trail and have a suitable level of fitness. Route and logistics

The route uses local trails, including sections of the North Downs Way and the forest of Netley Heath, and drops down to the village of Shere. The course includes wide trails and single-track sections and passes several local landmarks and film locations. Sessions are offered as sunset runs in the lighter months and night runs in darker months; night runs are conducted by headtorch in a group. The guide is described as an experienced trail and ultra runner, mountain leader, qualified guide and coach. Silva head torches and Salomon trail shoes are available to trial on the run. Athletic Brewing Company alcohol-free beer may be provided at the end of the run, subject to availability. Silent Pool is described as easily accessed by car, just outside Guildford.
