The Silent Pool 10km is a guided trail run held at Silent Pool, near Guildford. The event takes place on 3 March 2026 and 8 September 2026. The advertised distance is 10km. Meeting point is Silent Pool Car Park, Albury, Guildford. The entry fee is £16 per person. A car park is available on site.

Route and logistics

The route uses sections of the North Downs Way and passes through Netley Heath before dropping down to the village of Shere. The course includes a mix of wide trails and single-track sections. The route passes known film locations from the movies "The Holiday" and "Bridget Jones Diary".

Format and kit

The run is guided and operated as a group run rather than a race. Participants are asked to sustain an average pace of around 6 min/km for prolonged periods on trail. A full kit list will be provided in advance. Organisers provide or loan head torches and offer trail shoes to test. Silva head torches are available to trial.
