Event overview
The SATURN Midweek Chasing Numbers event takes place on Friday, 3 July 2026 at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club, Egham (TW20 0AE). It is a 7 hour Time Challenge with flexible start times available throughout the day. The event is open to walkers and runners and has a maximum of 300 entrants. Entries close on 02/07/2026 and the minimum age is 12 years.
Distances
- 3 km minimum distance (part of a lap)
- 7 km full lap (4.37 miles) - course may change to a 3.28 mile loop
- Half marathon = 3 laps
- Marathon = 6 laps
- Ultra = 7 or more laps
- 50 km distance available
Course, facilities and rules
The course follows a stretch of the River Thames, is fully signed and mainly on well made paths and tarmac with a short grass section. Road shoes are suitable. Toilets and changing facilities are at race HQ, which includes a cafe. A bag drop is available but unmanned and items are left at the participant’s own risk. An aid table and drinks are provided at the start/finish of each lap with a selection of savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items. Finishing 3 km qualifies for a finisher medal and a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is available. Distance pins are issued for half-marathon, mega-half, marathon, 50 km and ultra distances. Headphones are allowed. Anyone running over 45 km must be at least 20 years old; 18- and 19-year-olds may run up to 45 km only. Transfers and deferrals are available for set fees. The regular course may be changed following health and safety review and landowner approval. Entry fees: Affiliated £25.00, Unattached £27.00.
