San Pedro Park Trail 5K, Kids Run & Member Picnic
The event takes place at San Pedro Valley Park in Pacifica on September 20, 2026. It features a trail 5K and a kids run, along with a member picnic. The 5K course uses trails and some paved path and is closed to vehicle traffic.
The route includes rolling hills that lead to flatter terrain. The first mile is a semi-steep uphill switchback single track. There are notable views between miles 1 and 2. The third mile is flat and provides a fast finish.
Paid parking is available inside the park entrance or in adjacent neighborhoods. Parking is not permitted at St. Peter's Church next to the park and violators will be ticketed or towed.
For insurance reasons baby joggers, pets, and the use of headphones are not allowed. All participants receive a finisher ribbon. Place ribbons are awarded to the top five overall male and female finishers. The event is held rain or shine and refunds are not offered.
