Course, distances and format

The course follows curving gravel trails along the ocean, crosses hidden river bridges, and includes root-filled, more technical trails through deeper forest. Distances are offered as looped laps around the park:

  • 14 km (Double, two loops)
  • 21 km (Triple - Half Marathon, three loops)

One-loop description: about 80% gravel and 20% running trail on rolling hills.
