The Halifax Movember Run takes place in Halifax, NS, Canada on November 22, 2025. The route is a 6 km trail through Point Pleasant Park with a meeting location at the Shakespeare by the Sea building in the lower parking lot. The event is organized in support of Movember Canada and is capped at 100 runners. The event accepts stroller entries.
Prizes will be awarded to the first male and female finishers, best costume, fastest male and female with a dog, plus draw prizes. The top fundraiser will receive an additional prize. The event currently lists fundraising progress and participant count on its event page.
Format and logistics
Race options include an in-person trail run, a Canicross / Dog Run, and a virtual 6 km option. Entry fees are listed at $29.26 and are inclusive of mandatory charges. Canicross entries follow local racing temperature guidelines for dogs; in temperatures over 10 C with high humidity the dog race may be shortened.
