Aid stations: one approximately 18 km into the loop (Gerry's cabin) and an aid station at the start/finish. Aid station supplies include water, Coke, Tailwind and standard aid-station food. There are no cups at aid stations; participants must bring their own drinking vessel.

Cut-off points (race time) are specified at KM 17.5, KM 31, and KM 48.5. Runners who miss the KM 17.5 or KM 48.5 cut-offs must hike about 1.5 km to be picked up by their driver.
